Jennifer Moquino's shark is quite a departure from her local trout figurines. The pot has been made using traditional Santa Clara pottery methods. The pot is stone polished to a high sheen, pit fired, then is etched. Natural slips are added for the exquisite colors. Jennifer is an award winning potter from Santa Clara Pueblo in New Mexico.
