Black Elk Totem

The Black Elk is known for it's grace and watchfulness. He wears a chest plate made of bone pipe beads for protection. His role in the Tribe is that of sustenance.
One of the more important people in Native history was a Lakota Medicine Man named Black Elk. The contribution of his memories and stories are significant to the history and traditions of his people.
